? What are the payment options available while applying for KOTA Membership?

You can make payment online by logging in to your member profile and checking on 'Subscribe Now' or 'Renew Now' (if old member) in 'My Membership'.

? Will I get a hard copy of my KOTA Membership certificate and ID card?

To download your Membership Certificate and ID card, log in to your member account and follow the below steps:

Select ‘My Certificates’          

‘Membership Certificate’           

‘Download’

 

 

? How many days will it take to get my Membership certificate and ID card?

Certificate verification and membership approval is a manual process and it may take up to 14 days.

 

? How much is the KOTA Membership registration fees?

KOTA Membership Initiation fee is Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only)

 

? What are the documents required for KOTA membership registration?

1.Passport size recent photo

2.ID proof

3.BOT Certificate

4.AIOTA Membership Certificate

 

 

? What is the validity of KOTA Membership?

One year.

 

? What do I do if my payment for KOTA Membership has failed or multiple payments have been made?

In case your payment failed, or in case of multiple payments made by mistake, first, you have to confirm with your bank. To verify from our end, we require 3-4 working days. In case you have made a double payment, you may write to keralaot@gmail.com or contact the treasurer with details of payments.

 

? Will I get a hard copy of my renewed KOTA Membership certificate and ID card?

KOTA does not provide a hard copy. You can download your Membership certificate and ID card by logging in to your member account.

 

? What are the payment options available while applying for KOTA Membership Renewal?

You can log into your member account and check on ‘Membership’, ‘My Membership’ and click ‘Renew Now’. The page will be redirected to the online payment portal and follow the steps on the screen to complete the payment process and renew your membership. Upon successfully completing payment, you can download your renewed ‘Membership Certificate’.

 

? How much is the KOTA Membership renewal fees?

KOTA Membership Renewal fee is Rs.1000/-

 

? If I renew my KOTA Membership after some years of its expiry, will I get fresh validity from the day I renew it?

No. The membership renewal is an automated process, and the validity is calculated from the due date of your renewal.
