Membership Fee

Initiation Fee - Rs.2000/- (Validity - One year)

Annual Membership Renewal Fee - Rs.1000/-

 

Student Membership

Student of Occupational Therapy studying at an AIOTA-accredited institution is eligible for student membership for the duration of the course.

 

Student Membership Fee - Rs.500/- 

Student of OT studying at a non-AIOTA accredited institution is eligible for student membership for the duration of the course.

Student Membership Fee - Rs. 750/-

 

Institutional Membership

Any institution directly connected with Occupational Therapy can become an institutional member.

 

Annual Institutional Membership Fee

 

For an Institution owned and run by an occupational therapist who is a member of KOTA: Rs.2000/-  (A Centre owned and run by an occupational therapist who has worked under a senior occupational therapist with a bachelor's degree for a minimum period of 2 years or with Masters degree with minim1-year experience is eligible to apply for KOTA institutional membership Or A Centre owned and run by an occupational therapist with a bachelor degree who has minimum 2 years clinical experience or with Masters degree with minimum 1-year experience is eligible to apply for KOTA institutional membership)                                                                                                                                                                                               

For an Institution owned and run by a non-occupational therapist: Rs.5000/-

 

Once the membership is approved by the Executive Committee, the Membership ID card can be downloaded from the website and if required may be printed by the member. KOTA does not provide printed Membership ID card.

 

Fee details pertaining to events(Seminar/Conference) shall be published on this website as and when the events are planned and organized by KBAIOTA. 

 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of Registration by kbaiota.org

KBAIOTA reserves the right to cancel a registration to an event due to less enrolment or any other circumstances which would result in making the event non-viable. 

 

If an event (Seminar/Conference) gets postponed due to unforeseen circumstances,

 

KBAIOTA has the right to either issue a full refund of the fee paid for the event or transfer registration to the same event planned for a fresh, future date. Refund of online payment made towards the event will be done within 30 working days from the date of the cancellation letter or email to the account from which the payment was made. In case of Cash payment, the cash will have to be collected from the KBAIOTA Office.

 

KBAIOTA reserves the right to cancel the registration of any member and not to refund the Registration Fees without giving any written notice in order to maintain discipline and order in the association or any other platforms.

 

Registration Cancellation by Member/Participant

Members agree that we follow a No Refund & Cancellation Policy at kbaiota.org and members agree that KBAIOTA is not responsible for refunding the registration fees or amount paid for enrolment of membership with KBAIOTA.

 

These above policies apply to all KBAIOTA events and memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event/membership subscription materials.
